We recently spent the afternoon with our friend, Tommy McCart as he shot the eSession (engagement session) for one of our March couples, Georgia Hartley and Paul King. CWD highly recommends that couples take advantage of an eSession or add it to their package...here's why:
~ it helps you get familiar with your photog and his/her shooting style
~ it allows your photog to see how you are to work with in terms of level of comfort around the lens
~ most guys do not like having their pictures taken, and this warms them up to the camera
~ it reminds you of angles/poses/looks that you do and do not like to have photographed (perhaps you hate your profile and didn't realize it, now you can fix that problem and shoot around it on wedding day)
~ similar to wedding day, these photos last forever and truly capture a raw love and level of excitement that you won't ever be able to grab again

Wow Tommy! You did a FABULOUS job on Georgia and Paul's eSession. We loved all the photos and couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend every couple make the eSession "A Must" in their wedding budget.
