We love FEATHERS!
Feathers are always fun to incorporate into a trendy, vintage wedding.
Here's an idea: Let your guests use feathers to shower you with as you leave the ceremony or reception. You can choose your wedding colors, an array of all colors, or classic white/ivory.
The element of feathers will definitely surprise your guests and make for fantastic pictures.
This is a great idea especially for you winter brides - you could use all white fluffy feathers and it would almost appear 'snow-like'.
Email us and we'll share with you some ideas of where to find these

Breaking the Bank?
One of the most popular questions I hear during the planning process in this recession is
'how can I cut the most money without sacrificing quality?'
The answer to that is: cut your guest list.
The most expensive line item in your budget is directly connected with your guest count. The average wedding costs around $80 per person for food/alcohol/gratuity. You learn very quickly, that the smaller you can make the guest list, the more money you will save.
Many couples are having a small, quaint ceremony and reception (100 people or less) around midday, then are meeting the rest of the friends etc out that evening for a post reception. This way you still get to party and celebrate, but on someone else's tab.
Another perk to having a day wedding is less food and alcohol!
