This groom had the perfect plan in place to propose during a trip to Italy.  Kim had no idea... good job Charles!!

We've been working really hard to set up the perfect team of vendors for this October wedding. Kim wants a traditional wedding and Charles wants modern so we've got the perfect plan in combining both requests.
